TYD series vacuum dehydration oil purification system(also known as 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator) is an environmental protection equipment which is developed as per the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), i.e., the oil content in effluent water shall be less than or equal to 15ppm. This machine is a high-tech equipment for marine environmental protection, and is able to effectively process the bilge water containing various fuel oils, high-density residual oils, and the marine emulsified liquid mixture consists of ferric oxide and surfactant.
Application
There are nine models, and the smallest model TYD-0.25 can be suited to marine ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, while the biggest model TYD-5.00 can be suited to large marine ships with a displacement of more than 300,000T.
It is applied in sewage treatment for ports, wharf, industrial and mining enterprises, such as fine filtration to large amount oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment to circulating cooling water for power plant and petrochemical plant, advanced treatment for oil refinery and sewage treatment plant, filtration treatment to water supply and drainage system for metallurgy and coal industry, and other oily water treatment industries request large amount of water and high precision filtration. And its discharge is completely in conformity with the related requirements of national environmental protection agencies.
Technical Features
- High water removal and demulsifying capacity, which could remove a large amount of water and a minimal amount of water from oil.
- The application of film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables quick demulsification, and makes the turbid and emulsified oil limpid and clear.
- The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of a lifetime service (above 20 years), which avoids the periodic filter replacement, also reduces the cost of purification and the intensity of work.
- It has a strong impurity removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove a large amount of impurities in the oil, while the precise filtration materials can remove the granules in the oil, serving as an oil cleaning system, which brings seriously contaminated oil system back to the team.
- It is highly automated, small in size, safe, and reliable. An infrared liquid level control system is used, which enables a man-machine separated operation, making the operation easier and more reliable.
Use
TYD vacuum dehydration oil purification system is particularly fit to the treatment of high water content turbine oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerant oil, as well as other lubricant oils that require have large amount of water to be removed and impurities to be removed by precision filtration.
