Working Principle

The drum-type centrifugal filtration system operates based on the principle of centrifugal force to separate contaminants from oil:

• The system’s core component is a dual-spray central rotor, which is driven by oil pressure to spin at high speeds (≥6000 rpm), generating centrifugal forces over 2000 times gravity.
• Due to differences in specific gravity between oil and contaminants, the centrifugal force separates particles of various sizes—including those ≥1 μm (such as wear debris or metallic micro-particles that degrade oil)—from the oil, achieving physical oil purification.

Purification begins immediately upon startup and continues uninterrupted, maintaining oil cleanliness even when processing contaminant loads exceeding five times that of traditional filters, while preserving additive stability.
