This used oil distillation plant is mainly used for waste mineral lubricating oil (including waste machining oil, engine oil, motor oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, mixed oil, etc.) regeneration. The base oil, of good quality, is obtained by vacuum distillation, along with a small amount of gasoline and diesel oil. It can effectively remove wear residue, asphaltene, wax, impurities, moisture, acid value, carbon deposition, and oxides from the oil.

Features

This type of used oil distillation machine adopts advanced vacuum distillation technology, only needing to add a small amount of additive materials, which is low-cost and easy to buy. In the waste oil distillation process, hydrocarbon chains are broken and the molecules are recombined to form a new oil product, which is then changed into an oil mist and then condensed into a liquid and the final qualified base oil.
In the process of treatment, only a little waste residue and water are produced, and volatiles are discharged after purification and complete burning.
It adopts light fuel oil to provide a heat source for the equipment.
The recovery rate is above 85%. With a high vacuum system, ensure the equipment is under the working vacuum operation.

Advantages

This equipment adopts indirect heating method to heat up the oil, eliminating all defects of direct heating. Heat treatment is carried out after the welding of its main kettle to improve the mechanical properties of the material, and the designed service life is more than 20 years.
The main kettle is fully covered with all-sided heating, with uniform heating, small heat loss, and fast temperature rise. At the same time, the main kettle can meet the all-sided comprehensive coverage of cooling, to ensure that two batches of processing every day, so that yield capacity is improved, cost input is reduced, and economic benefits are highly improved.
