TYA series vacuum hydraulic oil purifiers is widely adopted by application fields of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, and chemical engineering to cleanse lubricating oil such as hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil, refrigeration oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, heat treatment oil to remove the noxious substances like water content, impurities, and volatile matters (e.g. ammonia gas) effectively to improve and recover oil quality and performance, thus to guarantee the normal operation of hydraulic system, power system, and lubrication system.
Technical Features
- The TYA hydraulic oil purifier machine could effectively remove the iron flake, dust, impurities, water, and organic substances
contained in waste oil, as well as organic and inorganic acids, enabling the recovery of the performance of lubricant oil. - It has a strong demulsifying capability, which could separate a large amount of water from oil and a minimal amount of water from oil.
- It has a strong impurity removing capability due to special filtration materials applications, which increase filtration area and accuracy. Its large area and intensive precision filtration materials can remove the tiny particles in the oil while the backwash function automatically cleans the large amount of dirt in the filter, serving as a cleaning device to the system, thus the seriously contaminated oil can be brought back to a specification under control.
- Special filter-aid reagent is applied, especially fit to high viscosity lubricant oil, freezing machine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil.
Use
Widely applied to power, metallurgical, mine, metallurgy, chemical, manufacturing, and food processing industries for purification of hydraulic oil, refrigerant oil, solute press oil, gear oil, vacuum pump oil, gas engine oil, and heat treatment oil.
