Technical Features
- This engine oil filtration system adopt special chemical for used engine oil, use physiochemical reaction to eliminate the electric charge between polar particulate in waste oil, which is gathered into large particles and separated; also the colloid, bitumen and other compound in oil are removed, In the meantime the waste gas cleaner and vacuum dewatering functions remove water content, thus oil is cleaned and the effective content of oil is retained.
- Adopt a filter press, with a step-by-step dense filtration system, positive pressure strength remove stubborn colloid, bitumen, and others.
- Adopt a multilevel pretreated sedimentation process, greatly improve the recycling ability, and conquer the defect of low efficiency for discontinuous operation.
- With an advanced indirect heating system(could be electronic heating by or steam heating), quick temperature rise, stable oil temperature, equal heating, and no damage to oiliness.
- With a high technical deodorization system, effectively remove the bad gas in the oil, to protect the environment.
