ZYZ Series OLTC online oil filtration system is a dedicated filtration system designed to continuously purify and maintain the oil in On-Load Tap Changers (OLTCs) — without interrupting transformer operation. It ensures that the OLTC oil remains clean, moisture-free, and oxidation-resistant, which is crucial for the safety, reliability, and longevity of power transformers.
Product Description:
Unlike traditional offline oil treatment, the ZYZ online oil filtration system works online, circulating oil through a specialized filtration loop that removes carbon sludge, moisture, metallic particles, and oxidation by-products generated during arc suppression and switching operations in the OLTC compartment.

Features
