Project Overview
In May 2025, a transformer oil filtration project was conducted for China Datang Group, one of the largest state-owned power generation companies in China. The project aimed to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the company’s transformer fleet by purifying and rejuvenating transformer oil that had accumulated impurities over time, such as moisture, gases, and solid particulates.
To meet the high-volume oil purification requirement, a ZYD-200 Transformer Oil Filtration Machine was selected. This machine is designed for high-efficiency oil treatment, featuring a high-vacuum filtration process to effectively remove moisture and gases from the oil, thus restoring its dielectric strength and enhancing the performance of the transformers.
